Donald Trump has been working really hard in recent days to put an end to the current Coronavirus pandemic.

Trump has worked very closely alongside medical experts and scientists to recommend special treatments and to share best social distancing practices. Trump even banned travel to countries like Iran where the infection began spreading first.

And now, President Trump has just revealed that he’s considering banning travel between states where Coronavirus is the most rampant in an effort to slow down the infection rate.

Limiting Exposure To Virus Hotspots

Trump told reporters at a White House briefing:

“I am looking where flights are going into hot spots. Closing up every single flight on every single airline, that’s a very, very, very rough decision. But we are thinking about hot spots where you go from spot to spot, both hot. And we’ll let you know fairly soon.”

Closing down such flights isn’t nearly as bad as it sounds. After all, only a very small portion of people are traveling to and from such “hotspots” to begin with.

After all, Yahoo reports that The Transportation Security Administration screened just 146,348 passengers Tuesday – which is way down from the 2,026,256 people who traveled on the same day last year.

Travel to such hotspots has already basically stopped. That’s why Donald Trump’s decision to completely restrict travel between such locations wouldn’t be as radical as it seems.

It would just be an extra precaution to ensure that the virus doesn’t spread too quickly – giving medical professionals and hospitals the time they need to prepare.

This Isn’t Forever

But thankfully, there is some good news from President Trump. He says that we will be seeing the virus infection rate peak in the next few weeks, and finally start dropping:

“You’re going to start seeing, I think over the next couple of weeks, you’re going to start to see us hit a top and start coming down.”

This virus isn’t going to last much longer. Over the next few weeks we’re going to see it peak. At that point, it’s very likely that things will return back to normal – and that we can finally go back to living our lives.

So don’t let the mainstream media fool you. Coronavirus isn’t the end of the world. Soon things will get better.
