Ted Cruz QUARANTINED Due To Contact With Infected Coronavirus Patient

A heartbreaking announcement to America has just been released by Senator Ted Cruz.

Ted Cruz has just confirmed that he accidentally physically interacted with someone infected with the highly contagious and deadly Coronavirus. As a result, he has chosen to quarantine himself for a few weeks to make sure that he doesn’t have any symptoms before returning to D.C., according to Fox News.

The Situation

Cruz apparently met someone at a CPAC event who has just been diagnosed with the virus.

After discovering this, Ted Cruz gave the following statement:

“I’m not experiencing any symptoms, and I feel fine and healthy. Given that the interaction was 10 days ago, that the average incubation period is 5-6 days, that the interaction was for less than a minute, and that I have no current symptoms, the medical authorities have advised me that the odds of transmission from the other individual to me were extremely low.”

He continued:

“Nevertheless, out of an abundance of caution, and because of how frequently I interact with my constituents as a part of my job and to give everyone peace of mind, I have decided to remain at my home in Texas this week until a full 14 days have passed since the CPAC interaction.”

Please Pray For Ted Cruz

As we have reported before, medical experts were worried about who might have come in contact with the contagious patient at the CPAC convention. Some people were worried that Donald Trump or Mike Pence may have been infected due to the fact that they attended that same event.

But now that we KNOW Cruz came into physical contact with the virus, this is an entirely different situation.

Both Cruz and his family need our prayers right now. The last thing we need is for one of the best Conservative leaders in the Senate to come down with the virus.
