Kim Jong Un Targets His Own Military In Surprise Proclamation

Things are heating up in North Korea.

According to a new report just released by Reuters, North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un has just issued a proclamation calling for a TOUGHER crackdown on his very own troops. He claims he’s doing it because he cares about “moral discipline”.

Kim Jong Un Turns On Own Military

Kim Jong Un chaired a Central Military Commission meeting on Thursday, proclaiming that he wants to treat his very own military more harshly. He claims they lack enough “discipline”.

A local news outlet reported on the event, saying:

“[Kim Jong Un] said that to establish the revolutionary moral discipline within the KPA is not just a technical issue, but a fatal issue related to the existence of the KPA and success or failure in the army building and military activities.”

Kim Jong Un reportedly attacked his troops publicly. One sources reports that he revealed“a series of shortcomings revealed in the military and political activities and moral life of the commanding officers…”

Trouble Brewing In North Korea

These calls by Kim Jong Un for more discipline come just as a United States general warned that North Korea has become the biggest threat in the world. Even greater than Iran or Russia.

Air Force Gen. John Hyten, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said Tuesday:

“Our national missile defense capability is clearly focused on North Korea right now. Not on China, Russia and Iran.”

He continued, saying “there is a chance they would actually fire at us…”

North Korea is only a threat while it is under the thumb of China and China is not fool enough to encourage North Korea to start a war that would pull them into it as well. It is a war they cannot win due to the countries in the region that would support the western powers because they know they would be threatened as well. It would be a fatal mistake that would destroy all the gains China has made over the last three decades and I believe they know this.
