This is absolutely disgusting.

CNN’s Jim Acosta was just caught purposely misquoting White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEneny on Twitter so that he could attack her. Fox News was the first to report the story.

Jim Acosta Caught Spreading Fake News

According to a report by Fox News, CNN’s chief anti-Trump reporter Jim Acosta purposely misquoted McEnany in an attempt to make her look bad.

On Twitter, Jim Acosta claimed that McEnany said that “science should not stand in the way” of reopening schools. You can view his tweet below:

However, this is NOT what McEnany said. Instead, she said that the science backs reopening schools, she said:

“The science should not stand in the way of this…the science is very clear on this…the science is on our side here. We encourage localities & states to just simply follow the science. Open our schools.”

Needless to say, many people called out Acosta for the fake quote:

It’s obvious that Acosta is purposely trying to spread fake news in an attempt to undermine Donald Trump and his administration.

Acosta’s Is NOT A Journalist

This isn’t the first time that Acosta has been caught taking his anti-Trump attacks too far.

Just a few days ago, Acosta attacked Trump and his supporters. He even claimed that the only people who follow Donald Trump are “Kool-aid drinkers.”

A few weeks before that, Jim Acosta falsely claimed that Donald Trump is “exploiting children” to win in 2020. That attack drew a lot of criticism as well.

It’s pretty obvious that Jim Acosta is NOT a real journalist. All he does is write anti-Trump propaganda. And it’s bad for this country.

    He is a disgrace to the White House Correspondence Corp! Do they not have a code of ethics? If not they damn sure need one. Perhaps if they did more than half of them would not qualify for a press pass. In fact they should throw Acosta out because they are all getting covered with stinking brown clumps from this despicable vile guy that he is spewing.

    Jim Acosta is lying each time he is called on at press briefings. He is definitely not a journalist; just a hateful hack. He is on the right show CNN. That is exactly what CNN is a show. No one should call on Acosta. He is an idiot who creates a false premise each time and then keeps it up. People do not have time for a buffoon like Acosta
