Alleged mistress of Bill Clinton and close friend of liberal pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has just been denied her request.
After allegedly requesting to be moved to another cell after she was reportly being harassed by prison guards, her request has just been DENIED, according to Vanity Fair.
Not Allowed To Transfer
Maxwell’s attorneys claim that Maxwell is being “held under uniquely onerous conditions” as opposed to most inmates. They recently put out a statement saying that she was unfairly being mistreated due to her ties with the late Jeffrey Epstein, who died last year in his cell under mysterious circumstances.
Maxwell tried to get transferred to another cell. But sadly for her, it’s not happening.
Prosecutors say that “the defendant’s argument that she is being treated ‘worse’ than other inmates is incorrect. Instead, they claim that it would be a bad decision to move her to another cell with other inmates because she would pose a risk to “orderly operation of the institution,” saying:
“[Maxwell] will be placed into the general population if and when BOP is assured that such placement would not pose a threat to the orderly operation of the institution.”
Maxwell is being held without bail while she awaits trial next year on charges of trafficking minors in Epstein’s sex-abuse ring and perjury. She has pleaded not guilty.
Maxwell Allegedly Says She Expects To Die
An alleged friend of Maxwell claims that she predicts her own death in prison due to her connection with Jeffrey Epstein. The alleged source said:
“She [Maxwell] fears she can’t be guaranteed the same protection as she now faces a year-long wait for her trial behind bars inside Brooklyn’s maximum security Metropolitan Detention Center.”
Maxwell allegedly has dirt on possible high profile officials. And she’s allegedly worried that she knows too much.
