Once again, the corrupt justice system is letting Hillary Clinton off the hook.
According to a new report by Judicial Watch founder Tom Fitton, a federal appeals court has just ruled that Hillary Clinton will NOT “have to testify on emails and Benghazi attack records.” The federal court previously ordered the a disputation of Hillary Clinton on her emails and Benghazi attack records, but she filed an appeal and the decision has now been reversed.
Hillary Clinton Off The Hook
On Friday, a federal appeals court ruled that Hillary Clinton is not required to testify over the use of her private email system. She doesn’t have to release her Benghazi records either.
It was Judicial Watch in 2015 that initially discovered that Hillary Clinton used a private email server. They learned that she sent emails from a unsecured email account that put confidential information at risk.
Earlier this year a federal court officially ordered a deposition of Hillary Clinton on her emails and Benghazi attack records. However, Hillary Clinton appealed the decision and was able to get out of answering questions in person to the court.
Tom Fitton confirmed that Judicial Watch is “disappointed by the decision and considering its options.”
