Court Documents Discovered From 1990s That Support Tara Reade’s Allegations Against Biden

Joe Biden’s campaign is dying quickly.

According to a report from The Tribune in San Luis Obispo, new incriminating evidence from the 1990s has just been discovered that goes against Joe Biden and seems to confirm Tara Reade’s allegations against the former Vice President.

Court Documents Found

According to the report, a court document from 1996 shows that former Senate staffer Tara Reade told her ex-husband she was sexually harassed while working for Joe Biden in 1993.

The declaration — which was exclusively obtained by The Tribune in San Luis Obispo, California — does not name Biden specifically, but it does reveal that she was sexually harassed

Reade didn’t write the document. Instead, her then husband Theodore Dronen wrote the court declaration, and found it to be important information to include in the court document. At the time, Dronen was contesting a restraining order Reade had filed against him just days after his divorce with her.

In document, Reade’s ex-husband writes that Reade told him about “a problem she was having at work regarding sexual harassment, in U.S. Senator Joe Biden’s office.”

This is one of the very few pieces of evidence that seems to substantiate Reade’s claims against Biden. Though a former neighbor had stepped forward last week about similar conversations she said she had with Reade in 1995.

Another Document

Then there was another court document filed March 25, 1996. Dronen testified that he met Reade in the spring of 1993 while the two worked for separate members of Congress in Washington, D.C.

And not only that, but Dronen wrote that Reade claimed that she “eventually struck a deal with the chief of staff of the Senator’s office and left her position.”

“It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on (Reade), and that she is still sensitive and effected (sic) by it today,” Dronen wrote.

The Implications

Needless to say, these documents are extremely good for Tara Reade’s story. And they give a lot of real credit to her claims.

Remember, this court filing was written in the 1990s – long before Joe Biden was even considering running for President. So it completely throws out the idea that Reade made these claims for politcal reasons.

Instead, these documents seem to show that something did happen. And although it can’t be proven for certain, it is concerning and puts a cloud over Biden’s campaign as he goes against President Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
